A Life That Was And Will Never Be Again
A short story.
You will beat those who wield sticks.
With 50 degree weather and no traces of snow, it doesnt look much like Christmas. However, that is the time of year. And, by request, I have come up with a list of items I might be interested in recieving. A link is on the right for easy finding, but you can also click the big giant HERE down below. It may be worth reading for some humor, and it has a very easy gift idea that costs nothing!
Merry Christmas and whatever.
[edit]
By request, I’m making the page permanent and called “Gift Ideas”. Apparently people need ideas for birthday’s and stuff too. Silly people.
I’ve been collecting some random bits of nerdy humor. Here are some links, I think you will enjoy them.
Guidelines to the Hollywood Operating System - Very amusing.
Top 20 Movie Hackers - Some funny quotes.
Top 10 Movie Servers - Movie servers and real world comparisons. Probably my favorite.
What code doesn’t do in real life that it does in the movies. - Careful not to spill anything on your 1’s and 0’s.

- Ambivalence -
I feel this relationship getting stronger, but
I am dominated by this relationship.
I enjoy how your pressence is soothing, but
I hate your disrupting pressence.
I wish to voice my feelings for you, but
I need these feelings to go away.
I cannot risk what we have together, but
I know you are worth the risk.
I want to know your secrets, but
I know your secrets scare me.
I like when I dream about you, but
I hate how its only a dream.
I miss you always, but
I hate how I miss you.
I love you so much, but
I cannot love you.
I thought I made up my mind, but
I know I’m ambivalent.
“Do I want shelter from the rain
Or the rain to wash me away”
I laid down, laptop in hand, to write this entry. With renewed interest I turned on the solacing music of Jars of Clay. Throughout the post you will find some of their meaningful lyrics. If you want the names of the song, ask Google.
